You take the first step, Padelradar does the rest: collecting sign-ups, working out the price, charging cards and cancelling if there aren't enough players.
Drag out a block in the weekly grid: private, group or flexible, with price, level and club. Done — the session is live on your profile and on your city's training page.
Anyone who wants to join signs up with one click and saves their card. Nothing is charged yet, because the price per person depends on how many end up taking part.
Then it's clear who's playing and what it costs: the tiered price drops with every player. Cards are charged and the money goes to you, minus 5% commission (card fee included). If the minimum isn't reached, I automatically cancel for everyone.

Basic costs nothing: profile, calendar, groups, workshops and bookings with no base fee. Gold is €19 a month or €190 a year; the Academy, for up to 5 coaches, is €59 a month. Every booking is paid through Padelradar and I keep 5% commission, with Stripe's card fee already included. The commission is the same for everyone. What you pay for with Gold is visibility: top of the search, a badge, and stats on where your students come from. The Academy gives all of that to every coach, plus your shared page and weekly schedule.
On every booking, because payment always goes through Padelradar by card. Stripe's card fees are included in the 5%, nothing is added on top. No booking, no charge. The 5% is the same for Basic, Gold and Academy.
To take payments through Padelradar, you set up your own Stripe account in the coach area — it only takes a few minutes. When booking, the player saves their card, and it's charged 48 hours before the session, once it's settled who's playing and what it costs. The money, minus commission, goes to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account.
Yes. You can cancel monthly Gold at any time, effective at the end of the current month, via “Manage subscription” in the coach area. The annual plan runs for one year. The 3 free months from the founding offer end on their own, without any charge. If you do subscribe, after the free months you pay €9 instead of €19 a month for 12 months, then the normal Gold price — and you can still cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month.
Not for the profile. Upload your licence in the coach area, I'll check it, and your profile gets the “Licence verified” badge. Players look out for it.
Your profile with photo, bio, prices and clubs, your open sessions, workshops and reviews. They don't see your email address or phone number: requests and bookings go through Padelradar, and you get them by email and in the coach area.
For teams: up to 5 coaches, including you, under one name, with your own page at padelradar.io/akademie and a shared weekly schedule. As the owner, you can also create sessions for your coaches there; they get notified, can change them themselves, and payment goes to whoever runs the session. Every confirmed coach has Gold for as long as the academy is active. Everyone keeps their own profile and their own payouts. The first 3 months are a free trial.
